Description

At the scheduled time, we'll begin this free tour of Genoa from Piazza San Lorenzo in front of the cathedral steps.

We will first admire the mix between the Romanesque and Gothic architecture of the church, then proceed to the Ducal Palace of Genoa to learn about its history. After that, we'll visit the nearby Piazza Raffaele de Ferrari.

The tour continues past the Carlo Felice Theatre, which hosts the Genoa Opera, where we will discover notable performances. Next, we will stroll along Via Garibaldi to view its key palaces, including the notable Palazzo Rosso.

Our journey will also cover important religious sites, including the Basilica of San Siro and the churches of San Luca and San Pietro Banchi.

Finally, we will explore iconic locations along the Via Degli Orefici and the Piazza Campetto. After 2 hours, we will conclude the tour by returning to the meeting point.
