At the indicated time we'll start this delicious gastronomic experience in Genoa at Largo Sandro Pertini, under the Garibaldi Monument.

From this central point of the capital of Liguria, we'll take a short walk through the historic centre of Genoa while discovering different local shops. If you want to, you'll have time to buy some local products to taste so you can get familiar with the area's gastronomy.

We'll continue this walking tour of Genoa at a central wine bar in the city, which may vary according to the season. Here we'll enjoy a tasting of 3 Ligurian wines. We'll learn to differentiate their different aromas, nuances and tastes on the palate, distinguishing the various varieties.

After this Ligurian wine tasting, we'll head to a nearby traditional restaurant in the area. We'll then delight our palates with an exquisite dinner. The menu includes fresh pasta, quiches, salami, focaccia and assorted ice creams.
