Dali Tour of Figueres and Cadaques

Follow the footsteps of Salvador Dalí on this tour that takes you to his birthplace Figueres and to two significant locations in his life: Cadaqués and Cap de Creus. Experience the surreal world of Salvador Dalí.

Dali Tour Details

We will meet at Plaça de Sant Feliu in Girona at 8:30 am and head to Figueres, where Dalí was born. He built his museum over the remains of the old theatre in Figueres, showcasing his extensive works of art.

For around two hours, explore the Dalí Theatre-Museum, discovering renowned works including Port Alguer, Muchacha de Figueres, La Cesta de Pan, and Galarina.

Our first stop is Cadaqués, where Dalí spent his childhood summer holidays. This picturesque fishing village on the Costa Brava significantly influenced his youth works.

The next stop is Cap de Creus, a natural park with craggy landscapes and hidden coves. This area inspired Dalí, and we will see the exterior of his home in Port Lligat.

Afterwards, we'll return to Cadaqués for a guided tour, exploring local pirate legends and visiting the Church of Santa Maria, home to one of its treasured artifacts.

We will return to Girona, arriving between 6 pm and 6:30 pm.
