At the indicated time, we'll meet on Mitchell Street to start this street art tour of Glasgow. This tour will focus on the alternative side of Scotland's biggest city.
During the tour, we will explore unfamiliar alleyways and the lower reaches of bridges to discover the evolution of street art in the area.
We will encounter street art murals by local and world-renowned artists, including Clyde, Clutha, Connolly, and RogueOne. Expect to take numerous pictures.
Additionally, we'll learn the stories that inspired creations such as Fellow Glasgow Residents and World's Most Economical Taxi. The tour will also cover how urban art has acted as a method of protest and social criticism for years.
After 1.5 hours, we will conclude the tour at the Billy Connolly mural.
