Isle of Skye & Highlands Tour: 3 Days
Day 1: Glasgow - Lake Lomond - Glencoe - Fort William - Isle of Skye
We'll depart from Glasgow and head northwest to the village of Luss on the banks of Loch Lomond. Next, we'll travel north through Tyndrum and pass Rannoch Moor, then to Glen Coe Valley, site of the 1692 Macdonald Clan massacre.
After lunch in Fort William, we will have the chance to photograph Ben Nevis, Britain’s highest mountain. We'll continue to admire Glen Garry and the Five Sisters of Kintail mountain range before ending the day in Portree, Isle of Skye, where we will check into our accommodation.
Day 2: Isle of Skye (Cuillin Mountains – Dunvegan – Kilt Rock)
After breakfast, the tour will depart Portree to explore the Isle of Skye. Options include a visit to Dunvegan Castle, Uig, Flora MacDonald’s grave, and the Black Houses. We'll then proceed to Duntulm Castle, and see Kilt Rock and Lealt Falls.
The day will finish with a visit to the Old Man of Storr before returning to Portree.
Day 3: Eilean Donan – Loch Ness – Inverness – Pitlochry - Glasgow
On our return to Edinburgh, we'll see Eilean Donan Castle, followed by lunch in Fort Augustus with views of Loch Ness. The tour continues south over Laggan and the Grampian mountains, with a stop in Pitlochry for refreshments before finishing in Edinburgh. Your guide will assist you to Edinburgh Waverley railway station for the 50-minute train journey back to Glasgow.

Important Information
The tour will end in Edinburgh. Your guide will take you to Edinburgh Waverley railway station for the train journey back to Glasgow.Please dress appropriately as the activity operates in all weather conditions.Luggage is restricted to one piece per person.Dunvegan Castle and Eilean Donan Castle are optional extras, payable on the day.
