On this day trip to the Divine Eternal Father Basilica and Church in Goiás, we will explore two significant places of worship in Goiânia, focusing on their connections to the Congregation of the Most Holy Redeemer.

Trinidade is home to the world's only basilica dedicated to the Divine Eternal Father. We will pick you up from your hotel in Goiânia to begin our journey to these notable sites.

After a 1-hour ride, we will arrive at the Mother Church of the Divine Eternal Father, established by the Redemptorists and inaugurated in 1912. This site, the oldest sanctuary in Trinidade, features a clock and bells imported from Germany. During our visit, we will discuss the devotion to the Holy Trinity in this region of Brazil, which has resulted in two sanctuaries dedicated to the Eternal Father.

Next, we will proceed to the Divine Eternal Father Basilica, a title conferred during the papacy of Benedict XVI. Inside, we will observe its stained glass windows and sacred art, as well as learn about the renovations that have shaped this religious monument.

After this tour of both sites, we will return you to your hotel in Goiânia, approximately 4 hours after pickup.
