Nilaveli Fun Diving for Certified Divers

At the time you choose, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Nilaveli. From there, we'll take you to the diving centre where you'll meet your instructor for a brief explanation of the day's dive.

Next, we'll hop on the boat and get kitted out as we sail the waters of Nilaveli. During the boat ride to our dive spot, you can admire the surroundings including Pigeon Island.

We'll complete one or two dives, depending on your booking option, exploring the seabed of the Indian Ocean. Expect to see colorful fish, rays, sea turtles, and possibly a blacktip reef shark!

Following the dive, we'll return to the diving centre and drop you off at your hotel.

Requirements

To participate, you must possess an International Open Water Diver Certificate or equivalent.

Hotel pick up

This activity includes pick up from hotels in Nilaveli. If you are staying elsewhere, you must make your own way to Ward No. 1, 9th Mile Post.

After the activity, wait at least 24 hours before flying or going to high altitude areas.
