Nilaveli Fun Diving for Certified Divers

At your chosen time, we will pick you up from your hotel in Nilaveli and take you to the diving centre. Here, your instructor will provide a brief explanation of the day's dive.

Afterward, we will board the boat and get kitted out as we sail the waters of Nilaveli. During the ride to our dive spot, you can enjoy the views of Pigeon Island.

Depending on the option you book, we will complete one or two dives and explore the seabed of the Indian Ocean. Expect to see a variety of marine life including colorful fish, rays, sea turtles, and potentially a blacktip reef shark.

After the dive, we will return to the diving centre and drop you off at your hotel.

Requirements

To participate, you must have an International Open Water Diver Certificate or a similar qualification.

Hotel pick up

This activity includes pick up from hotels in Nilaveli. If you are staying outside this area, you will need to travel to Ward No. 1, 9th Mile Post at your own expense.

After the activity, waiting at least 24 hours before flying or going to high-altitude areas is mandatory.
