Day 1: Confined water practice

On the first day, you will be picked up from your hotel at 8:30 am and taken to the diving centre in Nilaveli. The day will start with basic theory before preparing equipment and heading to the water.

You will practice techniques such as buoyancy, mask clearing, and regulator handling in a safe environment.

Days 2 and 3: Open water dives
