At the restaurant Casa Di Pietro, you'll choose from a selection of fondues. The Swiss experience begins with a cheese fondue tasting, paired with bread, broccoli, Calabrese sausages, roasted potatoes with olive oil and herbs, and guava.

Next, La Pierrat will be served, a meat fondue on hot stones, featuring premium cuts of filet mignon, pork tenderloin, and chicken. The dish includes farofa and 11 special sauces for complementing.
