At the designated time, we will pick you up from your selected meeting point and transport you to the restaurant Torquês in Nova Petrópolis, where you will experience the local flavors of this southern region in Brazil influenced by German settlers.

After a 1-hour journey, you will enjoy an extensive buffet featuring German delicacies such as eisbein (pork knuckle), kassler (cooked smoked loin), bockwurst (bock sausage), and sauerkraut, all prepared using traditional recipes. Additionally, the dinner includes colonial-style coffee with various sweet treats, including the famous German cake and apfelstrudel (apple tart).

The evening will also feature a live show with a traditional German band and regional folk dancing. After 2 hours of entertainment, the activity concludes back in Gramado or Canela, totaling about 4 hours.
