On this Italian immigration tour of Gramado, we will explore the cultural heritage of Italian settlers, learning about the past of the region.

At the scheduled time, we will meet at Praça das Etnias and board a jardineira, a traditional Brazilian bus. We will learn about the traditions brought by Italian immigrants from Europe, which have been passed down through generations.

Our first stop will be at the Casa Centenária, a wooden cottage showcasing important history of the Italian immigrants. Following this, we will visit Ervateira Marcon, where an inhabitant of Gramado will demonstrate the process of making mate herbs.

Next, we will head to the Fioreze Museum, where Mr. Nelson Fioreze will present his collection of antique objects.

We will conclude our tour of Italian immigration in Gramado at Caffé Della Nonna, the Foss family's venue, where we will have a snack with typical delicacies such as fresh homemade bread, butter, fruit jam, and cheese, along with drinks like coffee, tea, juices, and wine. This afternoon snack will be accompanied by live traditional music from the region.

Finally, we will return to the meeting point, concluding the tour approximately four hours after it begins.
