On this Italian immigration tour of Gramado, we will explore the cultural heritage of the Italian settlers in the region.

At the scheduled time, we will meet at Praça das Etnias and board a jardineira, a traditional Brazilian bus. We will learn about the traditions brought by the Italian immigrants from Europe.

Our first stop will be at the Casa Centenária, a wooden cottage showcasing important history related to the Italian immigrants. Following this, we will visit Ervateira Marcon, where an inhabitant will demonstrate the process of making mate herbs.

Next, we will go to the Fioreze Museum, where the owner, Mr. Nelson Fioreze, will present his collection of antique objects.

The tour concludes at Caffé Della Nonna, operated by the Foss family, where we will enjoy a snack with typical delicacies, including fresh homemade bread, butter, fruit jam, and cheese, alongside drinks such as coffee, tea, juices, and wine. This will be complemented by live traditional music from the region.

Finally, we will return to the meeting point, concluding the tour four hours after the start.
