We will also visit a strawberry plantation where homemade sweets made with local products can be purchased.

Next, we will explore the history of Italian immigration at the Cantina Nonno Giovanni, observing wine production and tasting traditional delicacies like cheeses, sausages, and homemade bread.

The tour will conclude with a visit to Sítio Tradição to learn about the mixed indigenous Gaucho culture and cuisine. Here, we will enjoy a typical lunch featuring grilled ribs. Participants will have free time for a workshop or horseback ride if desired.
