On this tour through the Quilombo Valley, we will explore the traditions and culture of Italian and German families and taste regional products.

At the scheduled time, we will depart from Praça das Etnias for a journey into the history and colonial-era traditions of the Quilombo Valley, experiencing Brazilian nature, culture, and flavors in one day.

We'll begin by boarding a jardineira, a typical Brazilian bus, heading to our first stop at the Marcon family's house, where hosts Vicente and Fatima will share the story of their Italian ancestors and demonstrate tools used for corn and livestock farming. Guests will have the opportunity to taste homemade products such as grape juice, bread, and jams.

Next, we will visit the Alambique dos Rossas, where Romeu Rossa will explain the family business of producing cachaça. We will observe the entire process of making this typical Brazilian drink from sugar cane to tasting.

Our final stop will be at the Baretta family property, featuring a century-old half-timbered house. Jovani Baretta will provide a snack, and guests can enjoy live traditional music and participate in local dances, including kerb, celebrating the harvest.

After the snack, we will return to the starting point, arriving four hours after the tour begins.
