Tour Details

We'll meet at the indicated time, at Paseo del Generalife 1F, 18009, to set off on a night tour of the Alhambra, a significant site of the Islamic world.

Our journey begins at the Palace of Charles V, commissioned in 1526 to commemorate his honeymoon with Isabella of Portugal. Entering through the Puerta del Vino and Puerta de la Justicia, we’ll explore the blend of Islamic and Renaissance styles. The Patio de Pedro Machuca features a circular layout within a square structure.

Next, we'll visit the Nasrid Palaces: the Mexuar Courtyard and the Court of Lions. Here, we will observe the intricate Andalusian decoration of vaults, stuccoes, and coffered ceilings.

As we enter the Court of Lions, enjoy the shimmering reflections and the ornate fountain. We will then see the Palace of the Abencerrajes and pause to appreciate the lights reflecting in the pool below. Bring your camera!

After 1.5 hours of marveling at the Alhambra at night, we will conclude the tour near the meeting point.
