From the Plaza de las Descalzas in Granada, we will travel to the province of Malaga to visit the Caminito del Rey, an important mountain route in Andalusia.

When King Alfonso XIII inaugurated the Guadalhorce-Guadalteba reservoirs in 1921, he crossed a footbridge situated at 105 metres above the Desfiladero de Los Gaitanes.

The Caminito del Rey, reopened to the public in 2015, is a notable path in southern Europe. Accompanied by an expert guide, we will explore the path built on the rock and enjoy the surrounding landscapes. We will learn about the environmental significance of the area for local fauna and flora.

After completing the Caminito del Rey route, there will be 30 minutes of free time to eat or drink before returning to Granada, with views of the Guadalorce and its surroundings.
