Description

At the scheduled time, we'll collect you from your hotel to begin this tour of the capital of Nicaragua. Ready to discover Managua? Let's go!

Once in the heart of the city, we'll explore the main points of interest, including Tiscapa Hill, where we'll learn about Somoza's regime and enjoy views of the city and Xolotlán Lake.

We'll pass by the National Palace, which houses the National Archive, National Library, and National Museum. We'll then observe Plaza de la Revolución Square and the old Managua Cathedral, built in a neoclassical style. Following this, we'll head to the Salvador Allende harbour on the Malecón, an area with restaurants overlooking Xolotlán Lake.

Finally, we'll enjoy a traditional Nicaraguan meal, a great way to sample local cuisine. After 5 hours of touring Managua, we'll return to the hotels, concluding the tour after around 6 or 7 hours together.
