Tenerife Scuba Diving Course

Our Tenerife Scuba Diving Course is designed for individuals in Tenerife interested in diving, providing a pathway to PADI Open Water certification. We will meet at the scuba diving center in Los Abrigos at 9 am, starting the day with a theory lesson covering essential concepts and skills for a safe scuba session.

Following the theory, we will equip ourselves and proceed to a designated area in the sea for practical exercises. You will complete a series of basic underwater exercises at your own pace to ensure safety.

Once you are ready, we will move to another open water location for two dives, with a maximum depth of 40 feet (12 metres) for each dive. Each dive lasts 40 minutes, allowing you to experience the sensation of breathing underwater while observing Tenerife's marine biodiversity.

After completing the last dive, we will return to the dive center in Los Abrigos at 5 pm.

Important information

After the activity, you should wait at least 24 hours before boarding a plane or going to high altitude areas, such as the Teide National Park.
