Tenerife Scuba Diving Course

Our Tenerife Scuba Diving Course is designed for individuals in Tenerife who wish to explore diving beyond a beginner's lesson. This course brings you closer to obtaining your PADI Open Water certification.

We'll meet at the scuba diving centre in Los Abrigos at the specified time and begin the day with a theory lesson covering important concepts and essential skills for enjoyable and safe scuba diving.

After the theory lesson, we will put on our diving equipment and proceed to a designated sea area to practice the skills learned. You will complete a series of basic underwater exercises in a relaxed environment and take as long as needed to feel secure.

Once ready, we will move to another open water area for two dives, the highlight of the day. We will descend to a maximum depth of 40 feet (12 metres). Each dive lasts approximately 40 minutes, allowing you to enjoy the sensation of breathing underwater while observing Tenerife's marine biodiversity.

After the last dive, we will return to the dive centre in Los Abrigos, concluding the experience approximately 8 hours later.

After the activity, you should wait at least 24 hours before boarding a plane or visiting high altitude areas, such as Teide National Park.
