Itinerary
Our English-speaking guide will meet at the entrance to the Shri Swaminarayan Mandir temple in Mumbai. We will begin our adventure in the bustling heart of the city at Bhuleshwar market. Here, narrow streets offer a diverse array of products, including fruit, vegetables, imitation jewellery, religious objects, and household items.
Following our visit to the market, we will proceed to the Mumba Devi temple, the namesake of the city. Here, we will learn about Mumbai’s history before visiting Zaveri Bazaar, the largest jewellery market in the region.
We will also explore Chor Bazaar, known for antiques and furniture; Mangaldas market, popular for its boutiques offering exquisite dresses; and Mumbai’s flower market, also known as Flower Alley, providing a vibrant sensory experience.
The tour concludes at Crawford Market, established in 1871 and set in a Gothic and Romanesque style building. This market is renowned for its fruit and vegetables, quality cheese, and homemade chocolate. Enjoy some treats before leaving the tour.
