Plettenberg Bay Sea Lion Experience

At the appointed time, we’ll gather at Central Beach, where you'll board a boat ready to explore the beautiful shores of Plettenberg Bay. Excited to swim alongside sea lions? Your journey begins here!

As we navigate through the bay's waters, take a moment to admire the stunning views of the South African coastline. Prior to the swim, we’ll provide you with snorkeling gear. Rest assured, the wildlife in this area is known for its gentle and friendly nature.

Upon our arrival at the Robberg Peninsula, you will have the chance to leap from the boat and swim among the sea lions that inhabit the Western Cape. Remarkably, this region is home to over 5,000 sea lions. For approximately 30 minutes, you will enjoy a memorable swim in the company of these playful animals!

After a thrilling hour and a half to two hours, we will conclude our activity back at the initial meeting point.
