Islands Cruise

The Sanguinaires Islands were formed by a volcano and are home to exotic species of plants and animals. These islands offer a unique space of natural beauty on the Corsican coast, allowing exploration and swimming in their pristine waters.

After gathering at the meeting point, we will board the boat to the archipelago. From Porticcio, you will spot the coast of Ajaccio as our first stop. We will moor at the city’s waterfront to explore Napoleon Bonaparte’s birthplace.

We will visit the chapel of the Greeks, the Santa María Magdalena de Pazzis Cemetery, and the citadel. Experience the spirit of the Emperor as you tour the historic center's narrow streets.

Before docking at Mezzumare (the largest island), enjoy views of Parata Point hill and its tower. Once on the island, you will have free time to swim and explore areas such as the ruins of Lazareto.

Do not miss the flower-lined walkways which are home to rare animals. This experience is memorable.

Around 5:30 pm, we will return to Porticcio to finish our maritime adventure.
