Guadalajara + Michin Aquarium Tour

History and marine fauna are both to be found on this tour of Guadalajara and the Michin aquarium. You'll see emblematic monuments, like the cathedral, and different species of fish.

Description

At the scheduled time, the group will meet at Plaza de Armas to begin our guided tour of Guadalajara focused on the history and culture of this city.

The tour will start with the façades of the Guadalajara Cathedral from the 16th century, followed by the Government Palace. Participants will learn about other significant sites, including the Degollado Theatre and the Cabañas Hospice, a designated World Heritage Site.

The Rotonda de los Jaliscienses Ilustres and the Mayor's Walk will also be included during this guided tour of Guadalajara. Over approximately 3 hours, historical details and stories about the locations visited will be shared as we make our way to the Michin Aquarium.

The tour will feature the Michin Aquarium, a marine zoo in the centre of Guadalajara housing over 20,000 animals across 300 different species, including fish, nutria, crocodiles, jellyfish, and starfish.

After 3 hours, the guided tour will conclude at the starting point.
