Feel the passion of the Mexican 'charrería' horseman culture with this special experience in Guadalajara, which includes a 'charro' cowboy show and the possibility of taking a fantastic horseback ride.

We will pick you up from your hotel in Guadalajara at 10 am before heading to the famous Charro Jalisco arena, the oldest 'charreria' venue in Mexico. We will start by learning about the origin of this tradition. The charrería is a rodeo where riders or 'charros' display their expertise on the horses.

Next, we will make a brief guided tour of the arena: the space where taming of the steeds and 'charreria' shows occur. Here, we will also see the 12 awards exhibited in the trophy room.

You will then mount a horse and learn to handle the reins and tame the steeds, guided by the venue staff who will teach essential techniques for horsemanship.

To conclude, we will witness a professional 'charro' show at the venue. After enjoying the performance, you can wear the traditional rider's hat and make the 'charro' oath.

The activity is scheduled to end at 2:30 pm. After the experience, you may choose to stay longer at the venue or make your own way back to the hotel.
