Guaduas Bird Watching Tour
On this bird-watching tour in Guaduas, we will discover various species endemic to the interior of Colombia and visit a traditional country farm.
At 5:30 am, we will meet at Calle 4 to begin our journey. The trip will last an hour and a half, leading us to a trail where we will start the bird watching activity.
Upon arrival, we will embark on an uphill hiking trail, immersing ourselves in the natural environment. We will discuss some of the over 200 bird species found in this area of the department of Cundinamarca, including the gray-throated ibis and the red-throated toucanet, while sharing interesting facts about them.
After bird watching, we will reach a camp for a lunch prepared by the farmers, featuring meat, rice, banana leaf salad, and refreshing lemonade.
The tour will conclude at the starting point after six hours.
