After picking you up from your hotel in Guanajuato at the scheduled time, we'll drive to Cerro del Cubilete, an important viewpoint in Mexico. Here, we'll explore the sanctuary built at the foot of the statue of Christ the King, or Cristo Rey.

Inside the sanctuary, we will view several works of art before continuing to admire the magnitude of the Cristo Rey monument, a large sculpture representing Jesus Christ on a sphere. Key facts about the statue will be shared during the tour, including details on the bomb damage it sustained during the Mexican Revolution. The tour includes stunning views of El Bajio de Guanajuato from 2,600 meters above sea level.

The tour will conclude with a visit to local handicraft stalls, and there will be an option to taste some local snacks. The entire sightseeing experience lasts about 3 hours, after which you will be dropped off in Guanajuato.
