Join us on a bike tour around Caldeirão dam to experience the natural beauty of Guarda. Our journey includes visits to the most scenic viewpoints in the region, featuring views of the Serra da Estrela.

Caldeirão Dam Bike Tour

We will meet at the Praça Luís de Camões square at the scheduled time to begin our adventure. Riders will set off to explore the Caldeirão Dam, designed for sports enthusiasts.

The route heads westward through the surrounding natural landscapes until we reach the reservoir. We will approach the watershed viewpoint for panoramic views of the dam.

Stops will be made at various natural viewpoints in Guarda, including the Mocho Real viewpoint, allowing attendees to admire the green hills characteristic of the central Portuguese region, with opportunities for photographs.

Before concluding the tour, we will visit Guarda's keep for a view of the Serra da Estrela.

After four hours of cycling, we will return to our starting point by the Caldeirão Dam.
