Meet us at Praça Luís de Camões Square to start our hiking adventure into Covão dos Conchos. The hike will take us to Lagoa Comprida, a reservoir located in Serra da Estrela Natural Park, which is one of Portugal's largest mountain ranges.
The walking route is approximately 4.3 kilometers (2.6 miles) long, leading us to Covão dos Conchos. This area features unique characteristics, including a notable water drop phenomenon.
The total duration of the hike will be between 4 to 5 hours, culminating back at the meeting point.
