Our adventure begins at the scheduled hour in Praça Luís de Camões, where we'll set off on our exploration of the medieval towns within Guarda. Let’s embark!

Our first destination will be Sabugal, renowned for its impressive castles and scenic hiking paths along the Côa River. Following this, we’ll explore the quaint village of Alfaiates, known for its lovely cobblestone roads, where you’ll sense the frozen moments of history.

As we progress, we’ll uncover the intriguing narratives surrounding Vila do Touro and Vilar Maior, leading us to Sortelha. This remarkable town has preserved its medieval character with remarkable granite stone homes, robust walls, and a grand castle.
