This guided tour of Guatapé offers insight into one of Colombia's most beautiful and colourful towns.

Tour Details

The tour begins at the Corpotur offices in Mall Portobello, where we meet at the designated time.

We will walk to the notable Comercio Street, Sombrillas Street, and Recuerdo Street, exploring the town's historical centre and viewing the parish of Nuestra Señora del Carmen's facade, a colonial-style building.

Next, we will visit Zócalos Square, famous for its vibrant colours on the stairways and surrounding buildings. Additionally, we will pass by the Main Park, Jiménez Street, and Julián Pastusa Alley.

The final stop will be at the seafront promenade, where photo opportunities include the iconic town sign. Here, we will also view the Peñol-Guatapé Reservoir, known for its islands.

The guided tour concludes after 1 hour at Zócalos Square.
