Isla Catalina Day Trip & Snorkelling

This day trip includes snorkelling in the clear waters of Isla Catalina, featuring vibrant coral reefs. After hotel pickup in Juan Dolio, we will travel by minibus to the port of La Romana, departing for Isla Catalina at 9:30 am. During the boat ride, unlimited water and soft drinks are available.

Upon arrival at this protected island part of Cotubanamá National Park, you will don snorkelling gear to explore The Wall coral reef, home to diverse fish and algae, showcasing the marine biodiversity of Catalina Island. A visit to The Aquarium will also provide another snorkelling opportunity in a unique setting.

A well-deserved lunch will be served, featuring Dominican dishes such as rice, meat, salad, pasta, and tropical fruit. After lunch, you will have free time to relax under coconut trees, sunbathe, or take a final swim.

We will return to the hotels in Juan Dolio, arriving at 5 pm.
