La Romana & Altos de Chavón Tour

At the time indicated, we'll pick you up from your hotel. Once on the bus, we'll set off on around a two hour drive to the Chavón River.

On arrival, we'll board a boat for a 40-minute cruise on the river to admire natural landscapes and see the village of Altos de Chavón.

After the boat trip, we’ll explore Altos de Chavón, visiting the amphitheatre and a cigar factory to learn about Dominican tobacco.

Later, we'll head towards La Romana, visiting the church, municipal market, and two shopping centres: Columbus Plaza and Jumbo, where you'll have time to shop.

We'll conclude the excursion with arrival back at your hotel in Juan Dolio after 6 hours of activity.
