Tour Details

After picking you up from your hotel in Juan Dolio at the indicated time, we'll set off to our destination: Los Haitises National Park. After an hour and a half drive, we'll arrive at the Sabana de la Mar dock. We'll have a breakfast of coffee, fruit, and sandwiches before boarding a speedboat to San Lorenzo Bay and its famous mangroves. We'll then visit the caves of Los Haitises to see its indigenous petroglyphs and karst rock formations.

Depending on availability, we’ll head over to either Cueva de la Arena beach or Caño Hondo for a delicious buffet lunch with soda, water, and fresh local juices. After lunch, you’ll have some free time to swim at the beach or in the natural pools at Caño Hondo. Finally, at 2:30 pm, we'll board the boat to admire the panoramic views of Los Haitises National Park and, if we're lucky, spot dolphins while returning to your hotel.
