Santo Domingo City Tour

Between 7 am and 8 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Juan Dolio to take you to Santo Domingo.

First, we'll visit Tres Ojos National Park to discover its cave and freshwater lake. Our route will continue past the Columbus Lighthouse.

Next, we'll stop at the Presidential Palace to admire its neoclassical architecture before heading to a local restaurant for a buffet lunch with typical dishes.

After lunch, we'll start a guided tour of the colonial area of Santo Domingo, visiting the temple of Santa María de la Encarnación, also known as the Catedral Primada de América. We'll then proceed to Plaza de España and explore the Alcázar de Colón and its history. Continuing along Las Damas Avenue, we will pass the National Pantheon and the Church of the Jesuits.

We'll stroll through the pedestrian streets of the Colonial area, visit a handicraft store specializing in Larimar and Amber, and have some free time for shopping on Calle El Conde.

Finally, we'll head to the Malecón for a view of the Caribbean Sea before returning to Juan Dolio, with arrival scheduled for around 5 pm.
