Whale Watching in Samaná

After picking you up from your hotel in Juan Dolio at 6 am, we will board a bus for the one-hour drive to the port of Las Cañitas on the Samaná peninsula. Once there, we will board a boat to cruise the Bay of Samaná, home to numerous humpback whales. Keep your eyes peeled for these creatures and hopefully witness them leap above the water.

Following the whale watching cruise, we will head to Cayo Levantado. Here, we will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch at 12 noon. After lunch, you can take advantage of the crystal-clear waters of the Bay of Samaná and stroll along its white sandy beaches.

At 2:30 pm, we will leave the island and board the boat to return to Las Cañitas. We will then take the road back to Juan Dolio, arriving at approximately 6 pm.
