We'll stroll among the stalls to find the ingredients for the culinary workshop. After purchasing everything on our shopping list, we'll go to the home of a local chef to learn how to make traditional Ecuadorian dishes.

The expert chef will lead the kitchen, but we'll assist throughout the process. We'll prepare ceviche, stuffed potato llapingachos, and seco de pollo, which involves marinating the meat in vinegar to create a stew.
