Ticket Details

The Pyramids of Güímar are located in the corresponding municipality and are significant ethnographic constructions. Initially attributed to the aborigines of the Canary Islands, the Guanches, recent research indicates they date to the 19th century. Their origins remain a mystery.

Visitors can learn about the pyramids at the Casa Chacona Museum, the expedition room, and a small auditorium featuring a documentary on Thor Heyerdahl's investigations. The site also houses a botanical garden, including the Sustainable Garden, representing a Canarian ravine, and the Poisonous Garden with over 70 species of toxic plants worldwide.

Opening Times

The museum and Pyramids of Güímar are open daily from 10 am to 6 pm. The guided tour in English occurs on Mondays at 12 pm and Wednesdays at 11:30 am.
