Guimarães Tuk Tuk Tour

Description

At the indicated time, we'll meet at Paço dos Duques de Bragança. We will begin a tuk tuk tour to learn about the history of Guimarães.

As we traverse the Colina Sagrada towards Mumadona Diaz Square, we will discuss the founding of Portugal and its first king.

The tuk tuk route continues along Avenida Largo da República do Brasil to visit the Nossa Senhora da Consolação e Santos Passos Church. Following this, we will see the São Francisco Church and gather insights about its monastery and ties to the Franciscan movement.

We will also explore the historic centre of Guimarães, admiring its medieval-style buildings and crossing Santiago Square.

This 40 minutes tour concludes in Oliveira Square. See you again soon!
