At the agreed time, we will meet at the entrance of the Portia winery, located just outside of Gumiel de Izán. Prepare for a comprehensive wine experience in the heart of Ribera del Duero.

Our journey begins at this renowned winery in Burgos, noted for its avant-garde architecture. We will observe the three-petal shaped flower building, designed by Norman Foster, which is an emblematic structure in the Ribera del Duero.

Accompanied by our oenology expert guide, we will explore various rooms of the winery and learn about the process of making Portia wines, including grape selection and barrel characteristics. This one and a half-hour visit will enhance your understanding of how one of the world’s leading wines is produced.

To conclude the tour, we will enjoy a guided tasting of three wines complemented by an aperitif (savory in the morning and sweet in the afternoon), creating a memorable experience.
