Hahoe Village Tour
We'll meet at Andong Central Station at 12:50 pm and take a bus to our first stop: the Buyongdae Cliff. From this 60-meter high rock, we'll enjoy views of Hahoe Village. The meaning of Buyongdae will be revealed during the tour.
Next, we'll visit Hahoe Village, a traditional village with origins in the Joseon dynasty, which lasted five centuries. The village layout reflects Confucianism, with straight streets inspired by its principles. The Nakdong River surrounds the village, enhancing the scenic landscape.
To further explore the Joseon Dynasty, we will visit Byeongsan Seowon, an ancient Confucian school and temple established in the 17th century.
The tour will conclude at Andong Central Station at 5 pm.
Entry Fees
The entry fee to Hahoe village is not included in the tour price. Payment is required on the day of the activity at the ticket office. The entry cost is 5000 South Korean won (around 4.20 US dollars).
