Hamburg Bike Tour
We'll meet at 15 b Hopfenstraße in Hamburg at 2:30 pm. From there we'll set off on a 13-kilometre bike tour.
We'll cycle through the district of St. Pauli, known for the Reeperbahn and its cultural influence. Then we'll proceed to the landing bridges to enjoy the panoramic views of the harbour and the Elbe River canals.
Next, we'll arrive at St. Michael's Church, an important Lutheran basilica with a baroque copper tower. Notably, composer Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach is buried here.
We'll cycle around part of the artificial Alster Lake towards Hamburg's town hall, a neo-Renaissance structure. The tour will continue along the Jungfernstieg promenade, through the Speicherstadt warehouse district and the HafenCity urban development project.
The tour will conclude between 5:30 and 6 pm at the meeting point.
