Tuk Tuk Tour (4 hours)
The tour begins at your hotel in Haputale, leading to one of the famous tea plantations. The history of tea in Sri Lanka spans over 200 years, and the tour focuses on its significance. While exploring the Lipton black tea plantations, you will observe tea leaf picking and have the opportunity to pick some leaves yourself. A snack break is included before returning to your hotel.
Tuk Tuk Tour + Cooking Class (7 hours)
This option allows for both a tour of the tea plantations and a cooking class. After the plantation visit, travel by tuk-tuk to a private home to learn to prepare traditional dishes from the area using local ingredients. Participants will prepare a complete menu and taste the dishes they create.
