Description
At the scheduled time, our meeting point will be Parque Central de La Habana, where we will embark on our complimentary tour of Centro Habana, situated between the renowned La Habana Vieja and Vedado.
This district might be less frequented by tourists than some other areas in Havana. Notably, Centro Habana was the initial settlement beyond colonial limits, allowing you to experience a more authentic glimpse into the lives of Habaneros.
Our journey will first take us to the National Capitol Building and Latin American Fraternity Park, adorned with statues honoring prominent figures in Latin American history.
We will venture further into the more hidden corners of Centro Habana, ultimately arriving in Chinatown, a neighborhood established by Chinese immigrants from California in the 19th century.
During our tour, we will also encounter the Caridad del Cobre church, the hospital of the Ameijeiras brothers, the University of Havana, among other notable sites, promising numerous photo opportunities.
After an engaging walk lasting between 3 to 3 and a half hours, we will wrap up our exploration near the Hotel Nacional de Cuba.
