Description
At the indicated time, we'll meet at Faco Rivera and begin this cooking class and cocktail workshop in Havana. Firstly, we'll make our way to the Vibora Park neighbourhood, where we'll buy some fresh food. Afterwards, we'll head to the workshop location to learn the secrets of Cuban cuisine.
With our aprons on, we'll make typical Cuban dishes, such as ropa vieja, moros and cristianos, and tostones. We'll also learn to make 3 cocktails, including the mojito, Cuba libre, and café Cubano.
The day will conclude with a tasting session of the food and drinks we prepared. Finally, we'll say our goodbyes back at the meeting point after 3 hours together.
