Viñales Valley Day Trip
After hotel pickup, we will depart from Havana to the Viñales Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1999. We will stop at a traditional ranch to view local country houses.
As we travel through tobacco plantations, we will observe it is the largest tobacco producer on the island. In Viñales, we will visit a tobacco farm to see the traditional method of rolling leaves into cigars, and you can smoke one of these cigars as a courtesy.
In the heart of the Viñales Valley, we will view the Prehistoric Mural, one of the largest open-air frescoes in the world, drawn on Jurassic rocks.
Next, we will visit the Jasmines viewpoint, known as "the Viñales balcony," where we can take in the panoramic view of the mogotes and the valley's vegetation.
We will enjoy a traditional meal accompanied by country music and a view of the valley. Our next stop will be the Cueva del Indio, an ancient cave with mineral structures, where we will take a boat to navigate the underground river and emerge in the Caribbean jungle.
After exploring the colonial town of Viñales, we will return to Havana. The tour will conclude at your hotel.

This excursion includes pickup and transfer from hotels in the center of Havana, Vedado, and Miramar Playa. Pickups are also available from private residences if the address is clearly indicated at the time of reservation.
