Excursión al Parque Nacional de Sipoonkorpi + Sauna finlandesa

Sipoonkorpi National Park Excursion + Finnish Sauna

Participants will meet at Mannerheiminaukio in central Helsinki before setting off by minibus to Sipoonkorpi National Park. The travel duration is approximately 40 minutes.

Upon arrival, the group will embark on a hiking route showcasing the landscapes of Finland, rich in local bird and mammal species typical of southern Finland's forests. Various stops will be made to observe the wildlife and appreciate lakes, cliffs, and rock formations. A meal will be provided halfway through the hike at a lake.

After the meal, the group will continue on the trails until reaching a smoke sauna, a traditional Finnish practice. The sauna temperature ranges from 80 to 100 degrees Celsius, with water poured over hot rocks to produce steam, known as löylö. Participants are encouraged to take a refreshing dip in the nearby lake after the sauna experience.

The tour concludes with a return hike to the starting point, followed by a minibus ride back to Helsinki, totaling approximately 6 hours.
