Helsinki and Suomenlinna Guided Tour

The tour begins with a panoramic journey through Helsinki in an air-conditioned vehicle, highlighting sights such as the Olympic Stadium, Esplanade Park, and Market Square.

Three short stops will be made for photos and detailed views of landmarks. The first is the Sibelius Monument, honoring composer Jean Sibelius. The second stop is Senate Square, featuring the Lutheran Cathedral of Helsinki, followed by a visit to the Uspenski Orthodox Cathedral, known for its red brick architecture.

From Uspenski Cathedral Square, the group proceeds to the port of Helsinki to board a ferry to the island of Suomenlinna. The ferry ride lasts 15 minutes, providing views of the southern Finnish archipelago.

A walking tour on Suomenlinna follows, exploring this fortified island, a World Heritage Site, its gardens, remains of the ancient fortress, and the church of Suomenlinna, notable for its turquoise roofs and bell tower.

After the island tour, the ferry returns to the port of Helsinki.
