Helsinki Walking Tour

We'll meet at 9 Aleksanterinkatu Street in Helsinki at 2 pm and start a walking tour to explore the must-see sights around this Nordic city.

We'll walk through the historic centre, beginning at the central Senate Square, where we’ll see the Palace of the Council of State and the Lutheran Cathedral. The tour includes a visit to the nearby Uspenski Cathedral.

The tour will continue through Helsinki to Market Square and Esplanade Park. We’ll follow the Helsinki Railway tracks and stop at Kansalaistori before the Marshal Mannerheim equestrian statue.

After discussing its history, we will visit the Kamppi Chapel of Silence, an important location for the residents of Helsinki. Our final stop will be the building that houses the Oodi Central Library.

We will also have the chance to taste local flavours with samples of traditional berry juice and unique sweet treats.

The tour will end at approximately 5 pm.
