Description

At the time you choose, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Punta Cana and set off on an hour's journey to Higüey: the capital of the Dominican province La Altagracia.

First, we'll visit a ranch for horse riding, allowing you to enjoy the natural landscapes of Higüey. Afterward, we'll visit the Basilica-Cathedral of Our Lady of Altagracia to see its modern exterior and unique architecture. Next, we proceed to the Higüey Market, known for its variety of exotic fruits, where we will have a full traditional Dominican lunch.

Following lunch, we'll explore the important coffee, cocoa, and tobacco industries. We'll visit a tobacco factory to learn about the production techniques of hand-made cigars, a traditional craft in the region.

Finally, we will make a short photo stop at the beautiful Macao beach before returning to your hotel, concluding the tour 4 hours after its start.
