Day Trip to Samaná

At the specified time, you'll be collected from your Punta Cana hotel to commence this thrilling excursion. Samaná is calling!

Our first stop is the port of Las Cañitas in Miches, where you'll board a comfortable catamaran. Enjoy a scenic one-hour sail to Santa Bárbara de Samaná. Once we arrive, you'll have the chance to explore this charming town and delve into its history.

After our visit to the town, we’ll return to our boat and proceed to Cayo Levantado, widely recognized as one of the most stunning sandbanks in the Samaná bay. Upon our arrival, you'll savor a delightful local lunch while overlooking the sea. The remainder of the day is yours to unwind in the warm Caribbean waters or bask on the soft sands—what a treat!

After a day of relaxation, we'll take the catamaran back to the port of Las Cañitas, all while being bathed in the glow of the afternoon sun, creating a picturesque atmosphere for contemplation.

Ultimately, we’ll drop you off back at your hotel in Punta Cana.

Samaná Day Trip + Limón Falls

After hotel pickup from your Punta Cana accommodation, we’ll make our way to the port of Las Cañitas, situated in Sabana de la Mar.

Here, embark on a tranquil catamaran journey through the stunning bay of Samaná, an ideal setting to enjoy the refreshing sea air! Upon reaching Samaná, we'll switch to an SUV for a drive deep into the rainforest towards the El Limón community.

Upon arrival, a hike will take us to the well-known Salto del Limón, a breathtaking 40-meter-high (132 ft) waterfall. Take this chance to swim in the clear pool nestled beneath the waterfall, creating a memorable adventure!

After a refreshing swim, relish a traditional Creole lunch at a quaint local ranch. Post-meal, we’ll head back to the port and board the catamaran to Cayo Levantado, an island adorned with white sands and crystal-clear waters where you can swim, unwind, or simply soak in the beauty of this heavenly location.

We’ll conclude the day by returning you to your hotel.
