Discover the art of Japanese calligraphy, dating back to the 6th century, at the Okeiko Japan Academy in Miyajima. Choose between kana or kanji writing systems and learn to write your name with Japanese letters using a bamboo brush dipped in black ink. The workshop offers a unique and calming experience, finishing at 11 am.

Rent a Kimono

Opt to rent a traditional Japanese kimono for the workshop. Arrive at 10 am to select your outfit before starting the calligraphy class, which ends at 11 am.
