Set off from the capital of Tasmania for Bruny Island on our unforgettable day trip. We'll spend the day exploring this beautiful natural area and go on an unforgettable cruise.

Bruny Island Day Trip & Boat Ride

At 7:45 am, we'll pick you up from Hobart Harbour and take you to Kettering Wharf by bus. From there, we will take a 10-minute ferry ride to Bruny Island, a paradisiacal spot in southern Tasmania.

After arriving at Bruny Island, we’ll travel by bus to Adventure Bay. Here, we’ll have a breakfast including a freshly made blueberry muffin and a hot or cold drink. After breakfast, we'll set off on a boat trip around Bruny Island.

During our 3-hour boat ride in the Tasman Sea, we'll admire the cliffs and outcrops of Bruny Island's eastern coastline.

Our boat ride will conclude as we return to Adventure Bay, where we’ll have lunch at a restaurant overlooking the sea. Available main courses include: fish fillet with chips, homemade pumpkin soup, or gourmet salad with Tasmanian salmon or ham.

After lunch, we’ll head to the jetty on the north side of Bruny Island to catch the ferry back to Kettering. We will return to Hobart Harbour by bus, concluding our day at 5:30 pm.
